Oh baby were these good icon_thumright and easy to make. Just get a pork loin and roast it with your favorite spices rubbed on it. Let it sit for a half hour then slice it up thin, thin, thin. Get some Italian bread and make garlic bread with the bottom piece, put the top piece in the oven plain to get it a little toasty. To assemble, place a heap of pork on the bottom piece of bread, spread duck sauce on the top piece of bread and eat 'em up sign_goodluck

That looks delicious!  I'll have to keep it in mind for the next time I make a pork roast.  Thanks for the great idea!
