Spent the day with my 12 1/2 yr. old son up in Spanish Harlem here in NYC today at the "King of Spring" skateboarding competition. It was great, it was an "amateur open" type event, they gave out over $3,000.00 cash to regular kids from all over the city. If you did a trick you got paid basically. Here is my son with Chad Muska, Professional skateboarder. Chad was one of the guest judges/ m/c

    Looks like you were in my neck of the woods. Where in Spanish Harlem was it held... Looks like Franklin Plaza, or Jefferson Park. I grew up in Spanish Harlem... Looks like they had a great day...

Good eyes magnifier it was Thomas Jefferson Park 114th and 1st icon_thumleft It was a lot of fun. I went right up to pro skater Chad Muska to get the pic and an autograph on my son's board and my son said he's really glad I went because he would have been too shy to go up and meet him cool3
I thought I saw you but I didn't.
