Where did you find the coil and what's the cost on them?

You should do real on the jewelry near swingsets and tot lots because you can get close to the rebar

I got it on ebay for $16 dollars. Im not sure about the 4" but target.com has the 10" magnums they might have the 4" too
Im going to my all time favorite trashy park tomorrow.
they have alot of types of "ethnic" festivals there
Ive cherry picked the edge of the area and in the last 2 years have pulled $982.16 out of there.(I keep a log of my finds)
twords the midle of this area I cant get good signals. Multiple targets under the coil.
Im gonna go right through the middle of it tomorrow and see what happens. I will post in the park section   with pics tomorrow

I have Compass, Fisher, Garrett, Bounty Hunter, Tesoro, and a few Minelabs
and out of all i have had my best luck w/ my Minelab X-terra 70 & 50<Backup>

i have da Matrix M6 and its great, in my opinion it has no cons but ive only been detecting for 3 years and i got it about 5 months ago. It finds all the clad and jewlery. Great detector for a semi=beginer

 I've had the opportunity to play with a number of detectors over the past few years including explorer SE, as the most expensive.

  This year I've been using mostly a Teknetics Omega.
 
 I bought it with the purpose of having one detector for all jobs, obviously that does not include under water detecting. Even though this detector has a rather low frequency it picks up on gold as well as some of the dedicated gold prospecting units. One tenth of a gram at 4 inches, I can tell you is not shabby. In a nut shell it is super comfortable to swing, it "seems" lighter than other detectors of the same weight. It is super simple to ground balance, and it visually shows you when GB needs adjusting. Pin pointing is bang on, I rarely ever push the pin point button, there is no need. Responce is fast you can swing it about as fast as you like. Depth is as good as it gets, and yes this is comparring to other machines. Target separation with the stock coil is pretty good too, with a slower and shorter swing you can pick out some good targets very close to a trash item.

 F2 mentioned above. Good pin pointing and depth. There is nothing wrong with this bargin priced detector. If I had to find fault with it, my "opinion" is, the F2 is a tad on the ugly side. now that is pretty picky, and has nothing to do with how it works.
