Just saying Hi to everyone, I am from the Westchester/Putnam county area of NY. I just started medal detecting in the beginning of April so I am new to the hobby but I am having fun so far. I guess I had some beginner luck because the first hunt I went on with the medal detector club im with I found a 1817 Large Cent. I am extremely happy with that find and will try to take a pic of it.

I actually got word of this site from ricardony youtube videos and it great that there are others that are close and also dig.

Im looking forward to see what everyone digs and HH.
